The cars - scroll down to explore my motoring history

This is what I swapped the Evo for - family adventures

Sign of the times, our baby car, nice and reliable and as exciting as custard

Not mine for a change - helping Craig build his beach buggy

The last of the fast cars - Mitsubishi Evo VI - blisteringly quick with 0-60 in 4.4

I was going to do up this MK2 golf as a track car but sold it for a quick profit instead

Holden Monaro 5.7 V8 tuned up to 410bhp and great for smoking the tyres, crap for baby seats though.

Impreza STi5 TypeR V-Limited with 0-60 in 4.3

At home in Kielder forest

Impreza WRX, 240BHP

Ang writes it off

This was my 4th cavalier, bought & sold for a tidy profit

Pug 405 Mi16 with 160bhp, excellent road handling but crap French reliability

Manta GTE 2.0 a priceless classic (well almost priceless at £210)

My 3rd Cavalier, this time a 1.6 and £595 which was a bargain

My 2nd Cavalier, this ones an SRi 1.8 bought for £175 but sounded rather lumpy

Ahhh thats because one piston was in the sump !!

R-Reg classic Rover 3500 SD1, fantastic for burnouts (only cost £300)

405 Diesel 1.9 ex taxi - great mpg but drunk a bit of oil ! (cost a wopping £1900)

1st company van of many

MK1 Astra, cost £75 and required a few bits to get it going (windows/wheels/engine)

1st Cavalier, cost £300 and was a rusting pile of poo

Somehow ended up looking rather sorry for itself in a quarry

Quite a fitting end really.

Austin Maxi - 1.7 cost £20 and converted into a double bed

Bought another van from my neighbour Colin for a pint for its 1 litre engine !

My 1st car, an old W-Reg ex coal Mini van (850cc) Mini bought for £250

Somehow ended up looking like this after a fight with a bridge
